What do you draw?I do illustrations, vtuber models, Visual novel art/design work and merchandise design

What payment do you accept?Paypal and Ko-fi
Should I commission you on Vgen/other comission sites?I'm taking commissions on Vgen and a variety of sites as well. However, Prices are a bit higher to cover processor extra fees.
I suggest to contact me directly for a commission.
Do you have a waitlist?Yes, you can request to be included anytime by email or socialmed dm.
Generally I work on commissions following the waitlist. When requesting a commission, you can set a deadline for your project. A rush fee may be applied for urgent deadlines.
Do you work on commissions on stream?I reserve the right to stream the commission unless agreed differently. I do not necessarly stream all commissions or all the process. Private commissions are charged a fee.
✦ WORKFLOW ✦
1. After payment is received, I will begin working on a sketch for your commission (Maybe multiple iteration sketches for you to choose from if necessary), once I have sent you this you will be given the option to ask for changes if you would like. This process shouldn’t generally take me more than a week, I will let you know if I anticipate any delays.
2. Once you have confirmed that I can go ahead with the sketch, I will work towards completing the artwork. I will at this point update only on base colors and render stage in some cases. Please do ask for updates if you feel uncertain about this at any point.
3. Once I have completed the illustration I will send it to you. After completion changes cannot be made unless I made a mistake on something mentioned throughout the process.

✦ COMMISSION PROCEDURE AND TERMS OF SERVICE ✦

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following conditions.
Any infrangement of the Terms of Service results in immediate public blacklisting for the client.

▪︎ I will draw any characters! from soft young looking to mature
▪︎ Overly muscular men (bara) or armor may be difficult for me and the price may vary for complexity
▪︎ I won't accept a commission without visual references
- I refuse to draw in another artist art style
▪︎ I don't recolor or redraw old commissions you will have to request a new one
▪︎ I have the right to decline your order for any reason
PAYMENTSPayment is by Paypal or Ko-fi
(If this doesn't work for you, please feel free to ask me if I can accept your alternative payment method and I'll see what I can do.)▪︎ Full payment upfront after we discussed and agreed on the commission details. Payment plans can be discussed only for large commissions.
About payment plans: If client fails to pay the amounts discussed or any amount to the invoice for a Max of 2 months a resumption fee (20% of the total price or more) will be charged
Payment must be completed in full before final work is deliveredOnce Work has begun or payments have been made, the Client acknowledges Work and deliverables are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to receive.
Client agrees that they will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned below will be followed.
TAT AND DELIVERYStandard Production: some days to 4–6 weeks
Animation-ready (Layered) Art: Standard + 2–3 weeks
Note: These times may vary depending on the workload.▪︎ Notification of Delays: In the event of delays due to workload or emergencies, the Client will be notified immediately.
▪︎ Priority: Rush orders (with an additional fee) or urgent matters may affect the production order.
Client should plan launches and streams accordingly.
Finished work will be sent through Gmail/Google drive
PAYMENTSPayment is by Paypal or Ko-fi

You can ask for payment plans (50/50) only for full body models, but please have in mind work will be on process alongside payment is made, example: You pay 50% I'll only draw 50% of the piece

TAT AND DELIVERYThe model can take from 2 up to 5 months to be completed. If it will take longer than expected I will let you know!
Note that delays on payment or response from client will affect and slowdown the work and delivery process.

✦ OVERALL ✦
COMMUNICATION▪︎The commission will be talked over the contact details provided by client
・ Interruption of Production: If the Client fails to respond to a message from the Artist (e.g., sketch approval) for 14 consecutive days, production will be suspended.
・ To resume production after a communication lapse, I will expect patience or a resumption fee (20% of the total price or more) may be charged to cover schedule adjustments.
If my schedule is not booked there might not be extra charges needed but I will communicate if that's the case.
The Artist and Client agree to discuss relevant matters concerning the project. Both parties have the right to decline other topics of discussion.

REVISIONS▪︎ There will be 3 free revisions (sketch, base colors and rendering) and will be sent throughout the entire process in case you want to change something.
Major changes can only be asked on sketch phase.
After the 3 free revisions further revisions will begin at $20+ depending on complexity
USE▪︎I have the right to use the commission as an example and for it to be in my portfolio.
Please let me know if you have a certain date to showcase the work to it to keep it private until then.
▪︎You CAN NOT edit the artwork without letting me know
▪︎I MUST be credited for the work whenever you share it tagging my social media (@isleenbrava)
▪︎If you would like the artwork to be private and not posted I charge an extra fee.
Any files hosted by the Artist will be available for the Client to download for a max of 3 months
COMMERCIAL USSAGE AGREEMENTThe following cases are considered commercial use: reproducing and selling the artwork (e.g. merchanding), using the work for a videogame or music album/book cover, receiving a profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork (e.g. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards etc). Not all the cases are listed here. Always state your purpose if you are not sure if it's considered commercial or personal usage.Note: Prices for Vtuber models and Stream Assets commissions already include a fee for live streaming / video production usage.Intellectual property and credits will always remain with the artist.
REFUNDSNo refunds once I started working. I will only deliver a 100℅ refund If I'm not able to complete your order
The usage of the final work is not related to me.
If you don't want to use it anymore is NOT a valid reason to request a refund
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSClient must not use it on AI, edit, trace, rigging, distribute, modify, make merchandise, or claim/credit the commissioned artwork as their own
Please credit @Isleenbrava for work as accordingly.Artist strives to perform to the best of their ability in good faith and warrants Work is 100% original according to Artist’s best knowledge.
Artist may use commercially licensed, copyright-free and/or educational materials, assets and/or tools.
